- Deconditioning: General inactivity, sedentary lifestyle, bed bound from illness, etc
- Obesity: restrictive lung dz from abdominal adiposity; OA of knees, hips, back increases effort associated w/ambulation; may also be deconditioned
- Medications: Ticagrelor (an anti-platelet agent used post-stent placement or following an MI) can cause cryptic dyspnea (pathophysiology unclear)
