- If CP→ present from birth
- Affects legs>arms
- Flexion at hips and knees
- Tight hip aductors
- Walk w/circumduction of hips
- Knees can cross (scissor-like)
- Arms less affected→ though still abducted and elbows bent
- Increased tone and hyper-reflexia of afftected limbs, Babinski present
