  • 6m duration
  • Easily startled
  • Poor sleep
  • Fatigue
  • Feel anxious much of the time
  • Interferes w/life activities
  • Hyperactivity/vigilance
  • Can't relax, excessive worrying
  • Unexplained somatic complaints

Physical Exam Findings

  • May appear restless, fatigued, irritable
  • No specific findings - exam is used to rule out toxic/metabolic causes
