- Can be congenitally acquired
- Rash starts on face--> then spreads to rest of body
- Systemic sx often preceded rash: fever, headache, runny nose, red eyes, cough, sore throat
- Rash duration ~ 3d
- F, initial eruption on face--> then body
- Sometimes conjunctivitis
