- Associated w/exposure to meds
- Single or multiple puritic or burning plaques, in response to drug exposure
- Sometimes blisters
- Can be recurrent, in which case often appear in same place
- Occurs w/in minutes to hours of exposure, resolve in ~1 w
- Most commonly lips, hands, oral mucosa, genitalia
- Red to purplish plaques
- Often target-like
- Crusting and scale w/healing
- Often post-inflam hyperpigmentation
