- Myocardium--> myocarditis

- Vessicles in mouth and hands and soles, which appear 1-2d after fever onset
- Typically self limited, acute, febrile illness
- W/cardiac involvement chest pain, sob
- In kids f, malaise, irritability, wont eat/drink w/oral involvement
- Vessicles most commonly in mouth, hands and soles
- Vessicles can also appear on genitalia, buttocks, elbows and knees
