- Outflow problems--> aberrant venous drainage that isn't closed off w/erections--> unable to keep blood in cavernosa
- Typically idiopathic
- Younger male with no other apparent RFs for ED
- Incomplete/softer than expected erection
- Or inability to achieve erection at all.
