- Bronchiectasis
- Cystic fibrosis
- Associated w/chronic lung disease and hypoxia (though most patients w/either wont have clubbing)
- Interstitial lung disease (IPF)
- Cyanotic congenital heart disease
- Some cancers - lung in particular
- SOB, DOE (from underlying process) - clubbing itself doesn't cause symptoms
- Bulbous appears to distal phalanx and nail
- Flattening of angle between nail plate base and cuticle
- Loss of diamond shaped window when put fingers together aligned at cuticle
