  • Have to r/o other etiologies→ secondary to systemic vasculitis, infection, meds, malignancy, other

Symptoms

  • Diffuse eruption
  • Can occur anywhere

Physical Exam Findings

  • Can coalesce
  • Small, typically palpable purpura
  • Don't blanch when compress them
