- Hereditary peripheral neuropathy
- Fam hx→ autosomal recessive
- Slowly progressive (years) of numbness, often w/neuropathic pain
- Distal legs first
- Can later involve hands
- Impaired distal sensation that progresses proximally
- Loss of reflexes
- Weakness that starts distally and progresses proximally
