- Impaired movement of eye due to hypertrophy of extra-occular muslces and orbital tissues.
- Often other sx of increased thyroid: tachydardia, tremor, diarrhea, heat intolerance, etc
- Lids appear retracted, w/more slcera visible than normal
- Redness from corneal exposure
- Impaired eye movements, w/inferior rectus affected mostly commonly; then superior and medial rectus; and lateral rectus last
