- Penile d/c, testicular/epididymal pain
- Fever and systemic illness if disseminated
- Lower abdominal pain and cervical dc
- Pharyngeal infection often asx, but can cause sore throat
- Testicular/epididymal swelling or pain
- Cervical pain and uterine pain if PID
- Pharyngeal inflammation & exudates
- If disseminated→ pustules, infectious arthritis
- Gram stain of d/c, culture, PCR
