- Upper respiratory tract and lung
- Chlamydia infection w/predilection for affecting the respiratory tract
- Living in close contact w/someone who is infected
- Most people are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms
- Of those w/symptoms, upper respiratory tract most common, including stuffed nose, change in voice/hoarseness from laryngitis, sore throat
- Fever, non-productive cough
- Can cause pneumonia, though overall an uncommon cause of CAP
