- HIV+: lungs, lymph nodes, bone marrow, anywhere in GI tract, systemic
- Bronchietasis→ assoc w/copd
- Prior lung infxns
- HIV-: acute lung infxn assoc w/persistent & progressive cough, sob, sputum; infxns tend to recur
- HIV+: sob, cough, diarrhea, n, v, abdominal pain, f, c, fatigue, adenopathy
- HIV-: focal lung findings, wheezing, other
- HIV +: can infect any organ system including liver, spleen, lymph nodes, bone marrow, lung, pericardium, adenopathy, organomegaly, anemia, other
