- Bleeding diathesis or other reason for bleeding into bronchi/alveoli or aspirating blood
- Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage--> assoc with: GPA, EPA, anti-glomerular basement ab, mpa, other connective tissue d/o, idiopathic
- Known vasculitis or other reasoning for bleeding
