- Tends to affect distal parts of body→ hands, feet, face
- Sob from plum htn
- Slower progression compared w/dcSSc
- GERD, which can lead to Barretts (and cancer), scarring; also dysphagia
- Skin tightening/thickened fingers
- Raynauds→ finger hypo perfusion and pain in cold
- Calcium deposits in sub-cu
- Arthralgias and myalgias; other internal organs spared
- Raynauds → fingers blanch/hurt when exposed to cold temp
- Skin thickening/tightness
- Elevated JVP, edema, loud P2, other findings of plum htn
