- Myasthenia gravis
- Phrenic nerve injury/dysfunction
- SOB when affects diaphragm and intercostals
- Generalized weakness
- Often worse w/repetitive use
- Muscle wasting in general (easiest seen in hands, feet, legs)
- Weakness of affected muscles
- Diminished reflexes if PNS or muscles
- Sometimes fasciculations
- Might have sensory impairment
- May have paradoxical movement of abdomen (abdominal wall moves in with inhalation)
- CK (for myopathy)
- Abnormal EMG/NCS
