- Progression of atherosclerosis to point of supply/demand mis-match
- Hyplerlipidemia
- Male
- Family hx
- Chest pain/pressure, SOB/DOE, N, V
- Symptoms occur at rest (without lab findings of an MI)
- Or progression/onset of symptoms such that occurring with less and less activity
