- Reaction to chronic aspergillus in lungs (non-invasive)
- Recurrent wheezing, responsive to steroids (can be mistaken for asthma)
- Cough, increased and colored sputum, SOB
- Recurrent sinusitis (nasal congestion, discharge)
- Sometimes aspergillus in sputum
- CT and CXR can be suggestive (bronchiectasis)
- Elevated serum IgE levels, elevated IgE specific to aspergillus
- + response to skin test for allergy to aspergillus
- CBC w/eos
