- Primary adeno of pancreas, but can also be mets
- Classic head of pancreas cancer presents w/subacute and progressive painless jaundice
- Sometimes diarrhea
- Sometimes epigastric area pain
- Radiates to back
- Typically mass not present unless mets to liver
- Light stools if biliary obstruction
