- Typically GNRs (e coli in particular), also enterococcus, other GNRs (consider resistance pattern locally)
- Staph if instrumented or hematogenous spread
- Acute urinary frequency
- Sometimes hematuria
- Lower abd/pelvis discomfort
- No vaginal d/c if female
- Sometimes supra-pubic area discomfort on palpation
