- Papillary and Follicular: Most common; differentiated; better prognosis
- Medullary, Anaplastic, Lymphoma: less common, poorer prognosis
- Hx radiation to head/neck
- Typically euthyroid
- Pt may note thyroid mass or adenopathy
- Sob or change in voice if spread
- Thyroid nodules or enlargement
- Cervical adenopathy if spread
