Etiology

  • Secondary to HPV

Symptoms

  • Begins as painless nodule, grows slowly, then ulcerates, can bleed or become supra-infected

Physical Exam Findings

  • Painless nodule, then progresses to an ulcer, surrounding induration, inguinal adenopathy if metastatic
  • Sometimes precursor lesion of carcinoma in situ
  • Also concurrent or past HPV
