• Labral tear (Sx: pain w/throwing, decreased velocity w/throwing of ball)

• Instability (Sx: sense that arm will pop out of joint when move in certain ways, hx prior dislocation)

• Acrom-clavicular arthritis (Sx: chronic, pain over a-c joint; PE: pain reproduced w/A-C loading→ cross arm test)
