Symptoms

  • Not at rest
  • Difficulty when get up and walk
  • Slowly progressive

Physical Exam Findings

  • Impaired proprioception→ diminished input from feet about their position, worse when cant see their feet, often strike ground hard w/each step in effort to feel, findings of dorsal column dysfunction
