Symptoms

  • Pairs of horizontal white lines associated w/hypoalbuminemia, advanced liver dz, nephrotic syndrome, chemotherapy
  • Don’t grow out with the nail

Physical Exam Findings

  • Pairs of horizontal white lines
  • Disappear w/direct compression
