Symptoms

  • Aggitation
  • Abrupt onset high fever

Physical Exam Findings

  • Temp to 46c
  • Hypertension
  • Tachycardia
  • Tachypnea
  • Ill appearing
  • Diaphoretic
  • Mottled skin
  • Severe generalized rigidity
  • Decreased reflexes
