Symptoms

  • Syncope
  • Vague chest pain
  • Subacute sob worse w/activity
  • Dizziness with activity
  • Peripheral edema

Physical Exam Findings

  • Elevated jvp
  • Edema
  • Loud p2
  • Right ventricular heave
  • Often murmur of tricuspid regurgitation, which can cause prominent V-waves in JVP
  • Rapid heart rate
