  • Rarely from neurodegenerative d/o w/autonmoic dysfxn→ e.g. multi-system atrophy

Symptoms

  • Day or night
  • Idiopathic sudden urgency
  • Need to void immediately
  • Incont of moderate amounts of urine
  • Less commonly→ UMN syndrome
