Syncope Or Pre-syncope | Cardiovascular
Cardiogenic syncope has high morbidity/mortality. Findings suggestive of syncope: facial lacerations, fracture, other injury suggesting true & sudden LOC→ fall w/o protecting head. These findings suggest sudden decreased cerebral perfusion.

Low Systemic Vascular Resistance (SVR)
Ventricular Tachycardia Or Ventricular Fibrillation

Decreased Pre-Load (low Intravascular Volume)
